PROJECT
For this project, we designed a complete holiday party booking system tailored specifically for businesses looking to host Christmas events at a well-established local restaurant. The goal was to streamline corporate and group reservations while presenting the restaurant as a polished, go-to destination for seasonal celebrations.
We created a dedicated booking website accessible via QR code, allowing businesses to easily select preferred dates, party size, appetizer packages, and drink options. The platform also included an integrated payment system, enabling guests to securely submit deposits and confirm reservations in one seamless experience. This eliminated back-and-forth communication and simplified the entire booking process for both guests and staff.
To support the campaign offline, we designed a full suite of printed materials that were distributed directly to local businesses. This included branded gift certificates, promotional cards, and custom-designed Christmas cocktail and appetizer menus, all crafted to feel festive while remaining aligned with the restaurant’s established brand. These materials worked together to drive traffic to the booking site and encourage early holiday reservations.
By combining thoughtful print design with a functional digital booking system, we delivered a cohesive campaign that made holiday party planning effortless for local businesses. The result was a polished, professional reservation experience that expanded the restaurant’s seasonal offerings while maintaining the authenticity and reputation they are already known for.

For Active Start Childcare, we led a comprehensive launch strategy to establish their premier daycare centers from the ground up. Over a two-year pre-opening period, we developed and executed a full-scale marketing plan designed to fill more than one thousand enrollment spots before the doors officially opened. From crafting a vibrant and welcoming brand identity to launching a polished, user-friendly website, every element was built with growth and trust in mind.
Our strategy extended across multiple channels, including dynamic social media campaigns, seasonal promotions, community outreach events, and thoughtfully designed print materials such as flyers and family invitations. As the centers continued to grow, we provided ongoing monthly promotional ads and video content to maintain enrollment momentum and strengthen brand visibility.
One standout piece was a high-production promotional video featuring aerial drone footage and authentic classroom moments, designed to build excitement and instill confidence within the community. Throughout the process, we participated in regular board meetings to evaluate performance metrics, adjust strategy, and ensure alignment with leadership goals.
By opening day, enrollment targets had been successfully met, positioning the centers for immediate profitability and long-term financial stability. The result was not just a launch, but a thriving foundation built for sustained growth.

As new partners stepped into leadership, the rebrand marked more than a visual update — it represented a generational transition and a renewed vision for the future. From the outset, the partners were actively engaged in shaping this evolution, wanting to ensure the new direction honored the firm’s established reputation while confidently positioning it for continued growth.
We began by developing a comprehensive brand style guide that outlined typography, color systems, logo concepts, and visual applications. This allowed the partners to fully experience the proposed identity before implementation and ensured alignment at every stage. Once approved, we executed a refined and timeless logo, designed a sophisticated website that elevated their digital presence, and built a cohesive brand system that balanced tradition with modern professionalism.
Beyond the core brand identity, we supported the full rollout of the rebrand across every client touchpoint. Customized letterheads and business cards were created for each partner, exterior building signage was redesigned to reflect the updated brand, and targeted newspaper advertisements formally introduced the new era of WKA Lawyers to the community.
