For Active Start Childcare, we embarked on a comprehensive journey to launch their premier daycare centers from the ground up. Over two years, we developed and executed a full-scale marketing strategy designed to fill over a thousand spots before opening. We crafted a vibrant brand identity, launched a polished website, and rolled out a variety of promotional materials—from engaging social media campaigns to community events and seasonal promotions.
One highlight was a high-production promotional video featuring aerial drone footage and candid classroom moments, helping to create excitement and trust within the community. We also designed print materials like flyers and invitations to keep families informed. Throughout the process, we attended regular board meetings to track progress and fine-tune our approach.
By the time the daycare opened, they had met their enrollment targets and achieved profitability, ensuring the centers were financially stable and thriving from the start.

What made this project unique was the client’s trust in our creative judgment. He gave us the freedom to shape his brand from scratch, allowing us to select the color schemes, the fonts, and the logo that captured his down-to-earth, detail-oriented personality. Despite his minimal involvement, we made sure to honor his craftsmanship by carefully curating every photo, retouching images to remove distractions and highlight the beauty of his work.
In the end, we didn’t just build a brand; we created a platform that brought his hidden gem of a business into the spotlight it deserves, capturing his essence and attracting a new wave of clients.
